Dr. Chelsea Kile

More About Dr. Chelsea Kile
She also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Speech/Language Pathology from The University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, OK. Dr. Kile is Board Certified with the American Academy of Audiology (AAA) and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
Dr. Kile completed her doctoral externship at the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center in Oklahoma City. Dr. Kile enjoys diagnostic testing, building relationships with patients, and working to enhance communication for those hearing impaired. Dr. Kile strives to provide each one of her patients with the tools to regain their ability to feel connected to their families and community.
Outside of work, Dr. Kile enjoys spending time with her cat, Elton John, and husband, Ranger. They enjoy traveling back to Oklahoma to assist on the family farm and listening to live music.
Lori S. Frederick M.A., FAAA

She also has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Memphis. Ms. Frederick is a member of the American Academy of Audiology and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
Ms. Frederick joined our staff in 2008. Prior to that she had worked in several Clinical settings offering everything from newborn screenings to diagnostic hearing evaluations and vestibular testing. Ms. Frederick brings a plethora of experience and expertise.
Ms. Frederick’s main goal is to help improve quality of life. Every patient with a hearing loss has a very specific need and she knows it is her job to find what those needs are and how to meet them. Ms. Frederick is committed to working with patients to choose the best route for successful hearing. She’s a professional with whom you have confidence and rapport.
Cassandra Heck

She is a dual-state licensed audiologist in Florida and Tennessee and holds the Certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
Driven by her passion for audiology—which blends science, communication, and compassion—Cassandra is dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with the world through better hearing. She is fascinated by the complexity of the auditory system and committed to delivering personalized care, leveraging innovative technology, and providing ongoing support to improve quality of life for every patient.
Outside of her clinical work, Cassandra recently relocated to Memphis, Tennessee, with her fiancé, their dog Leia, and three cats—Stitch, Mushu, and Kylo. She is a devoted Disney fan, and she and her fiancé share a love of travel, competitive bowling, and spirited game nights with family. In her downtime, Cassandra enjoys creating mixed-media art and diving into a good book. She looks forward to bringing her expertise, enthusiasm, and warm approach to caring for your hearing health.

Teresha is known for her strong administrative and customer service skills, project management, and ability to handle complex scheduling and insurance tasks precisely. Her commitment to customer satisfaction and efficient operations has been consistently recognized throughout her career.
Jana Underwood
Lead Patient Care Coordinator
Jana joined our staff in 2019 as our insurance and billing specialist.
More About Jana Underwood
She is in charge of all of our patient insurance and accounting. Jana enjoys helping patients receive the maximum benefits available to them. She also handles most of the behind-the-scenes operation of the office in Memphis.
Jana and her husband, Tim, have two sons. When she’s not busy with her family, Jana enjoys repurposing old furniture and painting. She grew up in St Mary’s, Georgia and is an avid Georgia Bulldog fan!

Throughout her career, Takeila has consistently demonstrated a commitment to compassionate care and efficient coordination, making her a trusted presence in any healthcare team. Outside of work, she enjoys photography, decorating, traveling, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
