Meet Jana Underwood

Jana joined our staff in 2019 as our insurance and billing specialist. She is in charge of all of our patient insurance and accounting.  Jana enjoys helping patients receive the maximum benefits available to them. She also handles most of the behind-the-scenes operation of the office in Memphis.

Jana and her husband, Tim, have two sons. When she’s not busy with her family, Jana enjoys repurposing old furniture and painting.   She grew up in St Mary’s, Georgia and is an avid Georgia Bulldog fan!
